Key Challenges in Changing Times
| Navigating The Story To Engage People: The right story isn't articulated clearly or is completey lost in translation between ranks and between functions. The speed of execution will, at times, run wildly ahead (or in circles) of the whole team before the story is completed understood and people get the value of "why" and "exactly how" they each play the right role. The individual's emotional attachment to the story of the work is sometimes never established correctly so there is a lack of problem ownership or a mis-alignment of problem ownership that can become corrosive to the work actually getting done or allowing people to employ a positive engagement attachment to the effort.

The Days of Who Does What are More Complicated than Ever: Organizational structures are flatter and have grown more virtual and outsourced... so... collaboration skills, working with shared & fractional resouces, and delegation effectiveness is even more crucial to execution.
Human Capital Assessment & Performance Tools can only go so far: Traditional human capital instruments are good but are not the complete answer - a coaching solution that ties individual performance to the group dynamic, imparts key navigational thinking & communicating tools, and focuses equal footing on results & relationships is needed to translate individual strengths into a sustainable corporate asset.
